"Support was actually helpful"
I had an issue with my script not syncing, and support got back to me the same day. It took a little back and forth, but they got it sorted out in the end. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience.

"Fast and smooth tbh"
It loads super fast and doesn’t lag when I’m jumping between scenes, which is a huge plus. Tbh, it makes writing way less annoying for me lol.

"Importing my scripts was actually super easy"
I brought a couple of my old Final Draft files into writerduet and, it went smoother than I expected. Exporting back out to PDF and FDX was easy too! Saved me from a bunch of annoying cleanup... so yeah, I'm happy with it

"Writing with my friend is way easier now"
Me and my friend been using WriterDuet for our script and it makes things simple. We can both write at the same time, drop little notes, and it doesn’t mess up what the other person is doing. Before we was sending files back and forth all the time, so this saves us a lot of headache. It’s not complicated, it just works for what we need.

"Offline access works, but I still double-check it"
Offline mode is definitely useful, and I’m glad it’s there, but I’ll admit I don’t fully trust it yet. I like things to sync cleanly and reliably, so when I come back online and my edits don’t show up right away, it makes me a little uneasy. I usually end up checking everything again just to be sure nothing got missed. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it feels a bit clunky for what I’d expect

"Cloud sync has been really solid for me"
I’ve been using the cloud sync between my laptop and desktop, and it’s been great. My scripts just show up where I need them without me having to think about it. Compared to other apps I’ve tried where syncing can get messy or randomly miss stuff, this has been smooth so far. No lost pages, no weird duplicates, just works.

"Solid for screenplay formatting, with a few little frustrations"
I mostly use WriterDuet for screenplay formatting, it does a good job. Scene headings, dialogue, and action lines are easy to switch between, and I’m not constantly wrestling with the page layout, which feels like the bare minimum any writing tool should do for people just trying to get their work done.

The only thing that bugs me is that the auto-formatting sometimes guesses wrong, especially when I’m moving lines around, so I have to go back and fix things manually. It’s not a dealbreaker, just a little annoying. Overall, it’s a solid tool and I’d give it 4 stars.

"I started using writerduet when I was..."
I started using writerduet when I was already feeling a bit pressured to get some pages done, so I really appreciated how easy it was to figure out. I didn’t have to sit through a bunch of tutorials or waste time clicking around. The layout made sense quickly, and getting scenes down felt smooth. Overall, it’s been a solid tool so far, and I don’t really have any major complaints...

"Honestly, it’s been super reliable for my scripts"
I’ve been using it for my scripts for a while now, the main thing I appreciate is that I’ve never had to deal with that awful moment where you realize your work is just gone. Not once. Everything has stayed right where it should be, which makes it a lot easier to just focus on writing instead of worrying in the back of my mind about losing progress.

"As someone who’s constantly tweaking scripts, the version..."
As someone who’s constantly tweaking scripts, the version history saved me. I accidentally messed up a section and was able to jump back to an earlier version without any stress. Super simple, but it made a big difference.
